Speech Language Pathologist in Lebanon, PA

Qualifications:

• Valid Pennsylvania SLP (CCC) license, SLPA credentials, or willingness to obtain emergency certification
• Experience or interest in working within school settings, including regular education, learning support, or life skills classrooms
• Strong communication skills, team mentality, and ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Solid documentation and organizational skills
• Commitment to providing inclusive services for a diverse student caseload

Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Manage a caseload of approximately 60 students across varied educational programs
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure student success
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
• Offer consultation and in-class support as needed
