Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - West Chester, Pennsylvania

Working with a diverse elementary caseload, you’ll play a key role in helping students thrive both inside and outside the classroom.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (required)
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates seeking supervision and mentorship
• Previous experience in pediatric, healthcare, or school-based speech therapy settings preferred
• Pennsylvania state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start date)
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language services to assigned elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and parents
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
• Document evaluations, progress reports, and session notes in accordance with district guidelines
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and professional development activities

Position Details:

• Full-time, contract role
• Schedule: 8:20am – 3:45pm, Monday through Friday
• Elementary caseload with a variety of needs and backgrounds
