Job Description

Bring your expertise and passion for helping children thrive to an impactful contract role supporting students in a dynamic school setting. This opportunity offers flexibility for licensed Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP, SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY) or Speech-Language Pathologist Assistants (SLPA), providing essential services through the end of February, with the possibility for extension.

Set your schedule for success with full-time hours, while enjoying consideration for personal needs like school drop-offs—school hours are 7:15 am to 3:45 pm, and adjustments are welcomed where possible. You'll make a difference at one elementary location, supporting pre-kindergarten students for a portion of your time and engaging in districtwide initiatives such as supervising SLPAs or assisting additional sites for the remainder.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Valid licensure as an SLP (CCC or CFY considered) or SLPA
  • Previous experience in school or pediatric settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Ability to supervise and mentor SLPAs (for SLPs)
  • Compassionate approach with children and educators

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language interventions to PreK students
  • Complete documentation and maintain compliance with all school/district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings as necessary
  • Support districtwide needs, which may include SLPA supervision and consultation at additional campuses
  • Cultivate positive relationships with families and school staff

Comprehensive benefits are offered, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a matching 401k plan, ensuring your well-being is prioritized as you make a real difference in students' lives.

If you’re eager to contribute your clinical skills in a supportive, flexible school environment and want to help students reach their full communication potential, apply today to seize this rewarding and collaborative opportunity!

Compensation for this position ranges from $33.72 to $63.72. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
