School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Vero Beach, Florida

This rewarding contract opportunity is available near Vero Beach, FL, offering full-time hours (40 per week) with positions beginning ASAP through May 31, 2027. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible Florida SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Consideration given to Clinical Fellows (CFY)
• Experience with school-aged children strongly preferred
• Competence in conducting teletherapy and traditional on-site sessions a plus
• Strong interpersonal skills, adaptability, and passion for student success

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to students K-12 in a school-based environment
• Complete assessments, develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
• Work closely with families, teachers, and other multidisciplinary team members to support communication goals
• Utilize evidence-based practices catering to diverse student needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, staffings, and relevant professional development
