This dynamic role is ideal for SLPs who are passionate about fostering speech and language development, whether you’re a Clinical Fellow Year (CFY) candidate or hold your Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC).

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Florida Speech Language Pathologist license
• Ability to work full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged populations, PreK-12
• SLP-CCC, SLP-CFY, or School SLP background preferred
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Organizational skills for managing IEPs and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students
• Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals
• Maintain thorough records and progress reports
• Offer consultation to teachers and parents for student support
• Participate in IEP meetings and student evaluations
