Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Xenia, Ohio

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Current or in-process state licensure as required
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in a school environment
• Ability to develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language evaluations for students, identifying needs and making recommendations
• Develop and deliver targeted intervention plans aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to monitor student progress and adjust strategies
• Document assessments, progress notes, and all required reports in a timely manner
• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, adapting approaches to best support each learner
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development

This contract position is structured for 32 hours per week, providing the flexibility to maintain a balanced work-life schedule while making a meaningful difference.
