Step into an impactful role supporting student success with flexible opportunities for speech-language pathologists. Several positions are now open for dedicated SLP professionals—full-time or part-time—serving elementary and middle school students. With a diverse caseload across two school locations and the option to work in-person or in a hybrid setting, this role offers variety, professional growth, and the chance to make a real difference.

Key Qualifications:

  • Active Kansas Speech-Language Pathologist license (KS SLP License required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience in an educational or school-based setting preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to manage caseloads ranging from 20 to 55 students, tailored by position
  • Comfortable with onsite, virtual, or hybrid work environments

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver therapy for students with communication and speech disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to develop and implement IEPs
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to student progress reviews
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of therapy sessions, evaluations, and compliance reports
  • Support both academic and social communication goals in diverse school settings
