Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Kansas SLP License required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous experience working in a school setting highly desirable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to manage diverse caseloads and support students across various age groups
• Familiarity with IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary and/or middle school students
• Manage a caseload varying from 20 to 55 students, depending on position and schedule
• Conduct assessments and screenings, interpret results, and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, counselors, administrators, and parents to support student success
• Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
• Adapt service delivery for both onsite and hybrid environments as needed
