Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy licensure and credentials
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Comfortable managing a K-12 caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Flexibility to work across multiple school locations within the district
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Willingness to learn and implement AAC supports as needed

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess students’ functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other specialists
• Provide targeted therapy to help students access their curriculum and participate fully in school life
• Accurately document progress and adapt interventions as needed
• Travel between sites to support assigned caseload throughout the week
