School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Upper Darby, Pennsylvania

Enjoy a schedule that fits your life—just two weekdays (your choice, M–F), from 8:30 am to 3:30 pm, while supporting a caseload of 20–30 students. You’ll collaborate with dedicated professionals and families, guiding students with Specific Learning Disabilities (SLD), Speech-Language Impairments (SLI), and Autism to reach their fullest potential.

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Valid SLP license in Pennsylvania
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in a school setting working with 5th–8th graders preferred
• Solid understanding of goals and interventions for students with SLD, SLI, and Autism
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to provide both direct therapy and comprehensive evaluations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging, evidence-based speech-language therapy for middle school students
• Conduct assessments and write detailed evaluations to determine eligibility and progress
• Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement IEP goals
• Maintain accurate documentation of sessions and student outcomes
• Communicate effectively with families and staff to ensure student growth and success
