• Access to and comfort with a company vehicle for travel between sites

Where You’ll Be

• Residential and light commercial job sites across Waukesha
• Frequent travel to surrounding areas: Milwaukee, Racine, and Kenosha

Must-Haves

• Experience in finish carpentry and residential remodeling
• Detail-driven craftsmanship and strong ownership of outcomes
• Professional demeanor with clients
• Valid driver’s license and the ability to move between multiple locations

Physical Readiness

• Lift and handle materials up to 50 lbs
• Comfort working for extended periods while standing, bending, kneeling, and crouching
