We’re growing and looking for a skilled Woodworker / Carpenter / Fabricator to join our workshop team and help bring our custom designs to life.
Position Summary:
As a key member of our fabrication team, you will work with experienced craftsman to build custom garage doors and gates from raw materials based on detailed plans and specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of woodworking.

As a key member of our fabrication team, you will work with experienced craftsman to build custom garage doors and gates from raw materials based on detailed plans and specifications. This is a hands-on role that requires precision, creativity, and a strong understanding of woodworking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Construct custom wood and composite garage doors and gates from start to finish
- Read and interpret detailed shop drawings and blueprints
- Use a variety of woodworking tools and machinery (saws, planers, jointers, sanders, etc.)
- Perform custom trim, joinery, and assembly work
- Collaborate with the design and installation teams to ensure high-quality results
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in woodworking, carpentry, or fabrication
- Experience with custom door or gate building preferred
- Skilled with hand tools, power tools, and woodshop equipment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Bonus Skills (Not Required):
- Welding or metal fabrication experience
- CNC routing or CAD design experience
- Experience installing garage doors or gates
Schedule & Compensation:
- Full-time, Monday–Friday
- Competitive pay based on experience
