What You’ll Be Doing
- Reading and working from blueprints and work orders
- Measuring, cutting, shaping, and assembling wood components
- Operating saws, routers, sanders, and other shop tools
- Inspecting finished products to ensure quality standards
- Working with a team to hit production goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in woodworking, carpentry, cabinet making, or similar hands-on work
- Ability to measure accurately and follow plans
- Comfortable using power tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
