The Recruiter Bilingual plays a crucial role in identifying and attracting talented candidates who meet the language and skill requirements of the organization. This role involves managing the recruitment cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process that supports the company's goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Source and screen candidates proficient in multiple languages
• Coordinate and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit
• Manage job postings and recruitment databases
• Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and employment laws
• Facilitate effective communication between candidates and internal teams
• Assist in negotiating job offers and employment terms
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular reports
