Recruiter (Bilingual)

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour (DOE)
(Depending on Experience)

• Monday–Friday
• 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• 40 hours per week
• Overtime (OT) available

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Recruiter to support our hiring operations. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates to meet staffing needs in a fast-paced environment.

• Source and screen candidates through job boards, referrals, and walk-ins
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate hiring steps
• Assist with new hire onboarding and documentation
• Maintain accurate employee and applicant records
• Communicate with candidates regarding schedules, requirements, and next steps
• Support day-to-day recruiting and staffing operations

• Spanish bilingual skills preferred, but not required
• Previous recruiting or staffing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, job boards)
• Reliable and detail-oriented
