Responsible for supporting and managing administrative recruiting processes to meet high-volume staffing needs and organizational objectives.
This role emphasizes candidate and client management, compliance, and operational efficiency, with a focus on high-volume bargained hiring across various roles
Candidate and Client Management:
Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Ensure seamless and professional candidate experience, from application to onboarding.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
Labor Relations and Bargained Hiring:
Support high-volume hiring for bargained roles while ensuring compliance with union agreements, labor relations guidelines, and organizational policies.
Conduct detailed reviews of bargaining contracts to ensure recruitment processes align with contractual obligations.
Maintain strong attention to detail when managing labor-related documentation and processes.
High-Volume Recruitment and Administrative Support:
Manage administrative aspects of the recruitment process, including job postings, interview scheduling, and offer letter preparation, while executing high-volume hiring across multiple business units.
Partner with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient hiring for critical roles.
Support event management for hiring initiatives, such as job fairs or virtual hiring events.
Apply in-depth knowledge of recruitment practices to resolve moderately complex challenges.
Work independently on expansive projects with minimal supervision, implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with General Managers and other senior leaders to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals.
High-Volume Recruitment: Managing multiple requisitions across business units while meeting critical hiring timelines.
Labor Relations and Contract Compliance: Interpreting bargaining agreements and ensuring recruitment activities comply with contractual requirements and labor guidelines.
Candidate and Hiring Manager Relationship Management: Serving as the primary contact, advising hiring managers, and providing candidates with a professional experience through onboarding.
Recruitment Operations and Organization: Coordinating job postings, interviews, offers, documentation, job fairs, and virtual hiring events with strong attention to detail.
Communication and Recruitment Analytics: Communicating effectively with candidates, managers, and union representatives while tracking recruitment metrics and identifying process improvements.

Support prescreening through video review and work with the hiring manager for the bilingual position.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) preferred.
1-2+ years of related experience in talent acquisition and HR.
Experience with Workday is highly desirable.
Strong attention to detail, particularly in reviewing and interpreting bargaining contracts.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle high-volume hiring demands.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and union representatives.
Analytical mindset to track and report on recruitment metrics and identify areas for improvement.
Proactive and self-motivated.
Able to quickly learn processes and systems.
Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and candidates simultaneously.
Strong stakeholder communication skills.
Able to provide timely and accurate updates to hiring teams.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
Bilingual candidate must be able to speak, read, and write Spanish (One of the three openings requires bilingual)
