2+ Year Litigation Paralegal - Scottsdale

We are looking for a litigation paralegal to join a boutique law firm in Scottsdale, Arizona and support attorneys handling defense-related civil matters. This in-office position is well suited for someone with at least two years of paralegal experience who is comfortable managing active case files, coordinating discovery, and preparing materials for trial. The ideal candidate brings strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and confidence working in a fast-paced litigation environment.

Responsibilities:
• Support attorneys with day-to-day management of civil defense cases from intake through resolution
• Draft, organize, and track discovery requests, responses, and related case documents
• Maintain accurate case files, deadlines, pleadings, and correspondence using case management software
• Assist with trial preparation by compiling exhibits, witness materials, and hearing binders
• Coordinate filings, service, and document preparation in accordance with court rules and deadlines
• Communicate with clients, courts, experts, and outside parties to help keep matters moving efficiently

• At least 2 years of Arizona litigation paralegal experience in a law firm setting

• Working knowledge of civil litigation procedures and discovery practices

• Experience supporting trial preparation and organizing case materials

• Proficiency with case management software and document tracking systems

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work on-site in Scottsdale, Arizona
