Litigation Paralegal

Salary: Up to $75,000 + Possible Bonus | Hybrid Schedule

LHH is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal to join a well-established law firm supporting a team of approximately nine attorneys. This position is open due to an internal promotion and offers the opportunity to become an integral part of a collaborative legal team.

The Opportunity

The ideal candidate will have 2 - 3+ years of paralegal experience, preferably within a civil litigation environment. The firm is open to candidates from a variety of litigation backgrounds, including business litigation, employment litigation, construction, shareholder disputes, and related civil litigation practices.

Schedule: The firm prefers a hybrid schedule of 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, with some flexibility for candidates seeking a reduced schedule. The firm has successfully accommodated part-time arrangements in the past.

Responsibilities
  • Support attorneys with a variety of civil litigation matters
  • Assist with case preparation, document organization, discovery, and trial preparation
  • Conduct legal research and assist with drafting correspondence and legal documents
  • Maintain organized case files and documentation
  • Coordinate with attorneys, clients, courts, and other parties as needed
  • Provide general paralegal support across multiple litigation matters
Qualifications
  • 2 - 3+ years of paralegal experience required
  • Civil litigation experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with Caret Legal is a significant plus
  • NetDocs experience is beneficial but not required
  • Strong Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with attorneys and staff
Compensation & Benefits
