Inside Sales Specialist

Located in Odessa, FL, we are seeking a Sales Specialist with strong Customer Service skills to join our team! We have a steady flow of inbound warm sales leads, no COLD Calls required. Our unique marketing system brings the buyers to us. Looking for outgoing, computer savvy individuals willing and able to assist customers, process deals and close the sale. Background in Compressed Air Systems, Winches, Fire Fighting Equipment, Supply House Sales, etc. or strong mechanical aptitude needed. Come join our growing company!

Responsibilities:

• Answer inbound calls and talk with customers to determine their needs while assisting them in finding the right product
• Respond to email inquiries for industrial equipment orders
• Prepare and generate quotes accurately to present to customers
• Follow up on inquiries and sales leads
• Negotiate and close sales
• Offer post-sale support and resolve any concerns if they arise
• Achieve productivity standards and goals set by the company while maintaining high level customer service

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients and determine their needs
• Must be deadline driven and detail-oriented
• Must be able to work in a team environment with minimal supervision
• Ability to multitask between computer programs for data entry and research

Qualifications:

• 2 plus years in Sales
• 2 plus years of experience working in a client support position in a business-to-business environment
• 6 months plus experience in a call center environment preferred
• Background in Compressed Air Systems, Winches, Fire Fighting Equipment, Supply House Sales, etc., or strong mechanical aptitude preferred
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and Outlook required
• Pass a typing test (minimum 35 wpm)
• Basic understanding of basic math and percentages required
• Full time schedule is Monday through Friday 8am-5:30pm
