Position Summary
The Inside Sales Specialist (Women's Pelvic Health) drives revenue by remotely selling an innovative, non-invasive bladder control device designed to prevent female urinary stress incontinence. This role manages the entire B2B sales cycle via phone, email, and video conferencing. You will target OB/GYNs, urologists, urogynecologists, pelvic floor physical therapists, and women's health clinics to expand product adoption and hit quarterly quotas.
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting: Cold-call and follow-up on leads to introduce the device to women's health practices.
- Clinical Presentations: Conduct virtual demonstrations detailing the device's mechanism of action, clinical trial efficacy data, and patient benefits.
- Practice Integration: Educate clinical staff on how to identify ideal patient candidates and integrate the device into their care protocols.
- Account Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with existing clinics to secure consistent reorders and upsell product lines.
- Reimbursement Guidance: Answer provider questions regarding patient billing or insurance/reimbursement coding.
- CRM Compliance: Document all sales activities, pipeline stages, and physician feedback accurately.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or Life Sciences preferred.
- Experience: 1–3 years of successful outbound B2B tele-sales or inside sales experience required.
- Industry Advantage: Prior experience selling women's healthcare products, medical devices, urology products, or wellness solutions is highly valued.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with digital presentation tools and cloud-based phone dialers.
