Schedule:

• Day shift
• Every third weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

• Perform PV1 and PV2 functions, ensuring accuracy and compliance in medication dispensing and patient care within a long term care setting
• Manage prescriptions and work closely with healthcare teams to optimize therapeutic outcomes
• Maintain detailed records and adhere to regulatory guidelines governing pharmacy operations

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in long term care pharmacy preferred
