ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district in Racine, Wisconsin. This is a full-time opportunity to work with students across early childhood and elementary school settings while collaborating with educators and other related service professionals.

Job Details:

• Position: Occupational Therapist (OT)
• Location: Racine, WI
• Start Date: ASAP
• Full-Time
• Onsite position
• Assignment across 2 school locations
• Caseload includes early childhood and elementary students
• Additional caseload and assignment details will be discussed during the interview process
• Contract position with potential for renewal based on performance
• Pay rate: $40-45/ hour

Qualifications:

• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Wisconsin Occupational Therapist license required
• Previous school-based experience is preferred
• Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, evaluations, and school-based service delivery
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
