Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Director of Pharmacy experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

An opportunity is available for a Pharmacy Operations Manager in Tulsa, OK, to lead a dynamic hospital pharmacy department. This full-time, day shift position involves managing daily pharmacy operations and providing hands-on pharmaceutical care in a busy hospital setting. Candidates passionate about improving healthcare delivery through effective leadership and clinical expertise will find this role rewarding. Relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee pharmacy department operations, including inventory and staff management.
  • Develop and enforce pharmacy policies and procedures.
  • Provide clinical pharmaceutical care as needed.
  • Mentor and supervise clinical pharmacists and support staff.
  • Assist with departmental leadership during Pharmacy Director absences.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Science or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an ACPE-accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 5 years’ hospital pharmacy experience with leadership responsibilities.
  • Active pharmacist license in good standing with the State Board of Pharmacy.
  • BLS certification obtained within 14 days of hire.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Electronic Medical Record systems.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy degree.
  • At least 1 year as a pharmacy operations specialist.
  • Experience in hospital pharmacy management.
  • ALS/ACLS certification.

Schedule:

  • 8 hours per day, day shift.
