Recruitment & Compensation Specialists

Job Description:

• Equipment to be used by the temporary staffing professional(s): Office equipment, printers, computers, etc.
  Computer software to be used: Microsoft Office products, Teams, email, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, planner, Canva
• The Client is seeking two skilled Recruitment & Compensation Specialists to provide temporary support to our Human Resources team.
• This role plays a key part in helping us attract top talent while ensuring our compensation programs
  remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with organizational goals.

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing through offer acceptance
• Develop job descriptions and manage postings across multiple platforms
• Screen and evaluate candidates to ensure strong talent alignment
• Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the selection process
• Prepare competitive offers while ensuring internal pay equity
• Conduct compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and job evaluations
• Maintain pay structures and support annual compensation cycles
• Process Improvement — Identify opportunities to streamline recruitment and compensation
• workflows
• Ensure compliance with pay-equity and employment regulations
• Partner with managers on hiring decisions and compensation recommendations

What You Bring

• Extensive experience in recruitment, compensation, and/or HR generalist work
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Experience with HRIS and applicant tracking systems
• Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
• Knowledge of or interest in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) efforts, especially in recruitment, is preferred
