Job Title: Benefits & Compensation Specialist
Location: Dallas, TX
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time (Hybrid)
Shift: Days (Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Pay: Starting at $48.70/hr (dependent on experience)
Role Summary:
Responsible for designing, implementing, and managing compensation programs. Acts as a subject matter expert to support leadership on compensation strategy, salary benchmarking, job evaluations, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead compensation programs, projects, and initiatives
- Conduct salary surveys, job evaluations, and job analyses
- Ensure compliance with compensation laws (FLSA, wage laws, etc.)
- Develop reports, data models, and compensation insights
- Advise leadership on compensation strategies and structures
- Maintain job descriptions and career path documentation
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Finance, Accounting, or related)
- 4+ years experience in Compensation/HR
