You will not just monitor quality, you will shape it, using your clinical expertise, your data instincts, and your voice as a trusted advisor across the organization.

- Design and roll out evidence-based programs that reduce variation in care and elevate outcomes

- Turn clinical data into insight, building the charts, reports, and analysis that drive real decisions

- Keep the organization survey-ready and confidently prepared for regulatory review

- Spot risk before it becomes a problem, and build the mitigation plans that keep patients and the organization protected

- Represent the organization as a trusted liaison to government and regulatory agencies

- Bring Lean/Six Sigma and data-driven improvement tools to life across departments

- Coach and develop teams, raising the bar on quality performance organization-wide

WHAT YOU BRING

Required:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field, plus 4+ years of experience in quality, performance improvement, or a related field

- OR 7+ years of experience in quality, performance improvement, or a related field in lieu of a degree

- 1+ year in a leadership role

- 2+ years working with databases, spreadsheets, or CQI tools

- 3+ years in a clinical setting or health care administration

- Active Registered Nurse (RN) License, California

Preferred (nice to have, not required):

- Additional clinical license (RN, RPh, PT, OT, SLP, or Social Worker)

- CPHQ, CPPS, or CPHRM certification

- Master's degree in a related field

WHAT MAKES YOU GREAT AT THIS

- A natural communicator who can influence across every level of an organization

- Sharp with data and just as sharp with people

- Calm under ambiguity, energized by problem-solving

- Genuinely driven to make health care safer and better
