Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor

Glen Brook Rehab and Nursing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our long-term care team in Berwick, PA.

Pay: Up to $45 per hour depending on experience!
Shifts available:

• 7a-3p- PT EOW

• 3p-11p PT EOW

• 7p-7a EOW

• 11p-7a PT

• 11:00p-7:00a FT with EOW and Every Other Holiday, PT

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and support nursing staff on assigned units

• Oversee implementation of resident care plans

• Conduct regular nursing unit rounds

• Ensure proper documentation of incidents, complaints, and clinical updates

• Promote a team-oriented environment focused on quality and compliance

• Assist in coordinating care services to maintain a safe and comfortable environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

• Previous Supervisor experience
