Front Team Member

We are seeking a friendly and detail-oriented Front Team Member to join our team. This role involves taking customer orders, ensuring order accuracy, packing orders, and providing prompt and courteous assistance to guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be energetic, organized, and have previous restaurant experience. The Front Team Member will work closely with one other team member and report directly to the Front Manager, primarily during fixed daytime hours on weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take and accurately process customer orders
• Ensure all orders are correctly packed
• Engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Assist guests promptly and respond to their needs
• Handle cash transactions securely
• Maintain cleanliness of the front area

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant service experience
• Strong customer service and order-taking skills
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• High attention to detail
• Good time management skills
