What You’ll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you’ll be the face of Seaside Understory, ensuring that every guest feels valued and appreciated. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and welcoming guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Assisting with order-taking and ensuring accuracy in communication.
• Build and create custom orders.
• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving any issues promptly and courteously.
• Collaborating with team members to create a seamless and enjoyable guest experience.

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a candidate with the following qualifications and skills:

• 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
