SCHEDULE:

• Saturday 4:30pm - 11:00pm
• Sunday 4:30pm -11:00pm
• Monday 11:00am - 3:00pm
• Tuesday 11:00am - 3:00pm

What You’ll Do:

Every client is unique — but your purpose is always the same: help someone live a safer, happier, more connected life at home.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility and transfer assistance
• Companionship and meaningful engagement
• Dementia and memory support
• Medication reminders
• Meal prep, light housekeeping, laundry
• Transportation to appointments and errands
• Observing and reporting changes in condition

Experience & Requirements:

• At least 1 year as a CNA, HHA, caregiver, MA, or companion
• Valid driver’s license + reliable transportation
• Able to assist with mobility/transfer needs
• Strong communication skills + a positive attitude
• Dementia & End-of-Life experience is a plus (not required — we train!)
