Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities to clients in their homes or facilities
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication management as needed
Engage in conversation, play games, and participate in activities to promote mental and emotional well-being
Maintain accurate and thorough records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with other caregivers and healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
