HVAC Lead Installer – Fort Myers, FL

Jackrabbit Air Conditioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer to join our Fort Myers team. If you're a skilled installer who takes pride in quality workmanship, knows how to lead a crew, and wants room to grow with a growing company, we want to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Lead residential HVAC installation jobs from start to finish
• Install air conditioning and heat pump systems, ductwork, thermostats, and related equipment
• Lead and train installers, helpers, and apprentices
• Ensure installations are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Perform system start-ups, testing, commissioning, and quality checks
• Diagnose and resolve installation-related issues
• Read and interpret job specifications and equipment requirements
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional jobsite
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and address questions about the installation
• Coordinate with sales, service, dispatch, and management to ensure jobs are completed properly
• Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Previous experience as a Lead Installer or Crew Lead preferred
• Strong knowledge of HVAC installation practices and equipment
• EPA certification required
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and installation specifications
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and lead a team
