BCBA – Albuquerque, NM

A school district in the Albuquerque area is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a full-time contract opportunity for the remainder of the 2026-2027 school year. This position will support students across K-12 and is ideal for a BCBA with experience developing and implementing behavior support plans and collaborating with school teams.

Schedule:

Full-Time
Monday-Friday
School-based schedule

School Year:

ASAP – End of the 2026-2027 School Year

Setting:

K-12 students
School-based setting
Collaborative multidisciplinary environment

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Collaborate on IEP development and implementation
Provide behavioral consultation and support to students and school teams
Collaborate with teachers, families, and related service providers
Monitor student progress and adjust behavioral interventions as needed
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance

Qualifications:

Active BCBA certification
Experience working in a school setting preferred
Experience with BIPs, IEPs, and FBAs
Strong behavioral assessment, communication, and collaboration skills
