Responsibilities Include:

• Provide direct support and assistance to students during classroom activities, small groups, and one-on-one instruction
• Assist with the implementation of individualized education plans (IEPs) or 504 accommodations under the supervision of a classroom teacher or specialist
• Help maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive classroom environment
• Offer guidance, encouragement, and positive reinforcement to foster student confidence and independence
• Support students with classroom transitions and behavioral routines
