School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Hodges, South Carolina

This full-time contract opportunity offers 35 hours per week working primarily with elementary-age students, with a caseload that includes language-based, speech, and autism diagnoses across two nearby school sites. Both SLPA and SLP (including CCC and CFY candidates) are welcomed to apply and contribute their skills.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or current enrollment in an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program (CFY candidates encouraged)
• South Carolina state licensure or eligibility
• Experience working in school settings is preferred
• Ability to support students with a range of needs including language-based challenges, speech disorders, and autism
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide speech-language therapy for students K-8, focusing on individual strengths and needs
• Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Maintain clear documentation and participate in team meetings for student support
• Travel to two schools located conveniently near one another
• Support students primarily in elementary grades, but prepared to work across K-8 spectrum as needed
