General Industrial, Warehouse. Production Positions

Location: Lancaster County, PA (Lancaster / Adamstown / Ephrata area)

Pay Rate: $17 – $25 / hour (Depending on shift and experience)

• Shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Shifts Available

  Position Overview

  We are filling multiple entry-level and experienced openings across light manufacturing, warehousing, production, and distribution facilities throughout Lancaster County. Positions range from general labor and order fulfillment to machine operation and driving support.

  Open Role Categories

  • Warehouse & Logistics: Warehouse Associates, Material Handlers, Packers, Inventory Scanners, and Shipping/Receiving Support.

  • Manufacturing & Assembly: Machine Operators, Machine Attendants, Component Assemblers, Polishers, and Casting Grinders.

  • Driving & Delivery: Delivery Drivers, Delivery Assistants, and CDL-B Drivers.

  • Facilities & Specialty Labor: Janitorial/Cleaning Technicians, Tire Technicians, Landscapers, and Production Labor Crews.

  General Requirements

  • Dependability: Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and dependable transportation.

  • Physical Capability: Ability to stand for full shifts, perform repetitive assembly/packing motions, and regularly lift 40–65 lbs depending on assignment.

  • Core Skills: Attention to detail, basic math/counting abilities, and adherence to workplace safety standards.

  • Experience: Many roles require no prior experience and offer full on-the-job training; specialized roles prefer previous manufacturing or equipment experience.
