We are hiring for multiple roles, including:

  • Resistance Welding Operators
  • Machine Operators
  • Kick Press Operators
  • Assembly Operators
  • Deburring Operators

Each role plays a key part in ensuring product quality according to AS9100 standards—a benchmark for excellence in aerospace manufacturing.

What You’ll Learn & Master:

  • Building efficiency techniques to improve workflow
  • Interpreting blueprints and prototypes
  • AS9100 protocols for quality and compliance
  • Cross-training on various machines and manufacturing processes

What We’re Looking For:

  • Manufacturing experience (2+ years preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail—precision is key!
  • Ability to work independently and stay focused
  • U.S. Citizenship (required due to ITAR regulations)
  • Good vision (20/20 with glasses or contacts is fine!)
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods and operate machinery
  • Must pass a 5-panel drug test (including marijuana)
