This full-time role offers a consistent 37.5-hour workweek, working with elementary students in grades K–5 at Wister Elementary. Key Qualifications:

• Holds current CCC-SLP credentials and a valid PA Teaching Certificate
• Meets all Pennsylvania clearance requirements
• Demonstrates strong, engaging communication skills and adaptability
• Previous experience working in a school setting is highly valued
• Comfortable with the EdPlan IEP system, or quick to learn new digital platforms
• Values consistency, initiative, and collaboration within an educational environment

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide psychological services, supporting students' emotional, behavioral, and learning needs
• Conduct assessments and contribute to the development of IEPs using EdPlan
• Progress monitoring happens quarterly; you will not need to pull students prior to update progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families as a trusted resource
• Contribute to a positive, organized school culture that supports student growth
• Maintain thorough documentation and uphold all relevant ethical and legal standards
