This full-time, school-year position provides a high school caseload with students ages 16–21, allowing you to deliver educational support that is tailored to adolescence and emerging adulthood. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Pennsylvania
  • Demonstrated experience supporting high school age students, preferably ages 16–21
  • Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation for diverse learning needs
  • Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams, students, and families
  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver individualized instruction and support to high school students with special needs
  • Develop, execute, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment
  • Partner with staff and families to optimize educational outcomes
  • Track student progress and adapt strategies as needed
