This full-time, school-year position provides a high school caseload with students ages 16–21, allowing you to deliver educational support that is tailored to adolescence and emerging adulthood. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid Special Education Teacher certification in Pennsylvania
- Demonstrated experience supporting high school age students, preferably ages 16–21
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation for diverse learning needs
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational teams, students, and families
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized instruction and support to high school students with special needs
- Develop, execute, and monitor IEPs in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Foster an inclusive, encouraging classroom environment
- Partner with staff and families to optimize educational outcomes
