Step into a pivotal role supporting students with Autism Spectrum Disorder in a dynamic K-12 school environment. This full-time, onsite contract spans the academic year from August 24, 2026, through June 10, 2027, with a dedicated 35-hour workweek. District leadership is seeking an ABA-certified professional to provide direct support, training, and coaching to staff and students in their autism support programs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Valid Pennsylvania educator certification in Special Education or a related field
  • Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) credentials required
  • Prior experience in K-12 special education or autism support settings
  • Proven knowledge of evidence-based practices for ASD
  • Completion of all required Pennsylvania clearances
  • Experience working in urban school environments
  • Reliable transportation and punctuality within 7:15AM–4PM hours
  • Flexibility to collaborate onsite with both staff and PaTTAN consultants
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead training for new and returning staff on instructional strategies and individualized behavior plans
  • Model evidence-based classroom practices by working directly with students and teams
  • Conduct refresher sessions and facilitate the transfer of best practices across classrooms
  • Guide teams through scheduling, assessment, and year-one implementation logistics
  • Participate in reviewing IEPs, BIPs, and key documentation with all building staff
  • Serve as a vital resource during the school year’s critical start-up period
  • Provide in-vivo coaching and constructive feedback to ensure fidelity of student programs
  • Collaborate with consultants to align district practices with established frameworks
