With a 30-hour work week, you’ll collaborate with fellow professionals to support students’ success and growth throughout the academic year.
Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania OT license/certification (documentation required during application)
- School-based occupational therapy experience is essential
- Comfortable and effective working within a dynamic urban setting
- Ready to work exclusively onsite (no remote options)
- Experience supporting a K-12 caseload and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Willing to obtain all required Pennsylvania clearances prior to start date
- This position is not open to COTAs
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that foster academic and functional achievement
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to maximize student potential
- Maintain thorough records, evaluation data, and progress reports in line with school and state guidelines
- Attend IEP meetings, offering professional input and advocacy for student needs
- Commit to the full contract term, engaging in ongoing professional communication
