Desired Qualifications:

• Current, active South Carolina Physical Therapy license is required
• Prior experience working within school settings and all grade levels (K-12)
• Familiarity with IEP processes and student-centered treatment planning
• Strong organizational skills to manage a multi-site caseload

• Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional development

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to K-12 students across multiple district schools
• Travel between designated school sites as part of an itinerant assignment
• Complete comprehensive assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including educators and families
• Document progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state requirements
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, adapting interventions as student needs evolve
