Key Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a paraprofessional or in a classroom support role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist with classroom management, instructional tasks, and student supervision

• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in education is a plus

Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in classroom activities, individualized instruction, and lesson reinforcement
• Assist students with assignments, personal needs, and social-emotional development
• Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff
• Foster a safe, positive, and inclusive atmosphere where students can thrive
• Help implement behavior management strategies and classroom routines
