Qualifications:

• Hold an active North Carolina SLP license
• Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) considered
• Previous experience working in schools or educational settings highly recommended
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Adept at collaborating with educators, families, and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to elementary-aged students
• Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Administer standardized assessments and interpret results for educational planning
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver holistic care
• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of services and student progress
• Engage with families to support carryover of strategies and successful growth beyond school walls
