School Psychologist - Bensalem, PA

Make an impact in an organized, student-centered charter school setting supporting elementary learners with your expertise as a school-based SLP! This full-time contract role begins ASAP and continues through June 11, 2026, allowing you to provide consistent care and build meaningful relationships with students in grades K-5. Day-to-day, you’ll engage with an average caseload of 13 students at a well-supported, collaborative campus, working alongside dedicated staff.

What We’re Looking For:

• Current CCC-SLP and active PA Teaching Certificate
• All required Pennsylvania clearances completed
• Experience in a school-setting supporting elementary populations preferred
• Familiarity with EdPlan IEP system and comfort with digital documentation
• Ability to progress monitor student goals on a quarterly basis
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, flexible approach
• Enthusiastic, engaging presence and genuine enjoyment in working with school-age children

Your Role Will Include:

• Delivering high-quality speech and language services to K-5 students
• Conducting evaluations and contributing to data-driven progress monitoring
• Writing and updating IEPs within the EdPlan system
• Participating in school-based teams, supporting the academic and social-emotional needs of students
• Collaborating with families, teachers, and related service staff
• Upholding best practices while not handling Medicaid billing
• Managing your schedule to ensure compliance with quarterly progress reporting policies (no need to “pull” students solely for writing time)
• Adapting to the needs of a thriving charter school community that values consistency and engagement
