Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - White House, Tennessee

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions to students under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist

• Promote student engagement, physical access, and participation in various school activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress per district guidelines
• Collaborate closely with the supervising PT, school faculty, and other special education professionals
• Travel regularly between multiple school locations within the district to meet students’ needs
• Attend IEP-related meetings and participate in the development of student support plans as necessary

What You’ll Need:

• Active Tennessee licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as a Physical Therapist Assistant
• Previous pediatric or school-based physical therapy experience is a plus, but not required
• Reliable transportation to travel between district schools
• Effective communication, organization, and teamwork abilities
