School-Based Speech Language Pathologist | San Jose, California

What you’ll bring:
• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state SLP license (current or eligible for immediate application)
• Previous experience within a school setting preferred
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and other specialists
• Excellent organizational abilities for managing diverse caseloads
• Commitment to creating inclusive and supportive learning environments

Key responsibilities:
• Deliver direct and consultative SLP services to elementary and/or middle school students
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Maintain compliance with IEPs, documentation, and data collection requirements
• Educate and collaborate with staff and parents on strategies for speech and language development
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and serve as a resource for SLP best practices
• Track student progress and regularly communicate outcomes with stakeholders
