What we’re looking for:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of Wisconsin
• Previous experience working in schools or pediatric settings
• Versatility in OT practice, including school-based and healthcare knowledge
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team
• Solid documentation and progress monitoring skills
• Ability to adapt strategies to meet diverse student needs

Key responsibilities:

• Assess students to identify barriers affecting participation in academic or everyday tasks
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions within the educational setting
• Collaborate with teachers and families to reinforce therapeutic strategies and facilitate generalization into classroom routines
• Monitor progress and adjust interventions based on student response and evolving needs
• Participate in IEP meetings, contributing OT recommendations and professional insight
• Maintain detailed and timely records per district and regulatory requirements
