Step into a rewarding contract role where your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist can make a real difference in the lives of students. Support academic success and communication skills for children and adolescents in a vibrant school environment near San Jose, CA. Your experience—whether Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)—will be valued and put to use helping students achieve their potential.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Active state licensure or eligibility
  • CCC-SLP or eligibility for current CFY candidates
  • Experience or strong interest in working within school settings
  • Understanding of pediatric speech and language disorders
  • Familiarity with IEP processes and educational documentation
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as determined by IEP requirements
  • Conduct assessments, interpret results, and write comprehensive evaluation reports
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans with measurable goals
  • Engage in ongoing progress monitoring and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
  • Provide guidance, resources, and education to support staff and families
