Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active SLP licensure in New Jersey
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
  • Background in pediatric care and experience in educational environments preferred
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students
  • Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to foster student growth
  • Maintain accurate records aligned with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and school events as needed
